Tools for pre-swaging ferrules onto tubing prior to assembling fitting. Compatible with both MCB-1018 and MCB-1018-1 models.

Overview

Description: Miniature compression fitting for 1/8″ OD copper, stainless steel, nylon, or polyethylene tubing, with built-in hose barb.

Max Pressure Rating: 100 psig, when barbed end is used with appropriately sized polyurethane tubing. With a clamp installed, the limiting factor generally becomes the burst pressure of the soft tubing.

Brass construction.

Beswick’s ferrules and single edged “line contact” barb design provide for a leak-tight seal at both fitting to tubing interfaces.

Easy to install without special tools.

Note: Suggested tube ID is for polyurethane or vinyl tubing. Consult factory if you plan to use a different tubing material.
