Since these plastic nails won’t rust or corrode from water and chemicals, they're often used in place of metal nails for exterior trim, stacked moldings, and siding applications. They’re easy to sand flat, and will accept stain and paint, so you don’t have to pull them out to spackle holes when you’re refinishing a surface.
These nails won't damage router bits, blades, or sanding belts, so they're often used to secure wood or fiberboard workpieces in CNC machines. Friction causes them to melt slightly upon insertion, creating a strong, long-lasting bond similar to glue. That bond allows you to nail down multiple layers of material, so you can make aggressive cuts with your CNC machine without worrying about your materials shifting.
These nails are only compatible with Air-Powered Finishing Nailers for Plastic Nails.
