A lobed shape makes these anchors more twist and pull-out resistant than other plastic anchors for block and brick. They reinforce the hole and resist stripping. To install, drill a hole slightly deeper than the anchor is long and insert the anchor until it's flush with the surface. Next, thread a sheet metal or wood screw through your fixture and into the anchor. Pull-out strength values are 25% of the ultimate values.
